If you choose to contact us, you may share your name, work email, company, services, target territory, customer criteria and exclusions. This site uses a form that opens your own email application; it does not transmit form entries to a Reachcrest website database. You decide whether to send the message.
We use information you choose to send to respond to inquiries, assess whether a sample is feasible, prepare requested research, agree on scope and timing, and, if you later purchase a service, deliver work, support corrections and maintain required business records.
The site is hosted by Cloudflare Pages and correspondence is handled through an email provider. Those providers may process technical and message data under their own practices. If we later use Stripe for payments, Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy disclosures. We do not sell an inquiry's confidential commercial brief to unrelated marketers. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to provide an agreed service.
The website files do not intentionally install advertising trackers, standalone analytics scripts or a marketing pixel. The hosting provider may generate technical access logs or employ its own operational security measures. We use reasonable access controls for customer correspondence, but cannot guarantee absolute security of email communications.
We keep inquiries only as reasonably needed to respond and manage our business, unless retention is required for tax, payment, dispute or other legal purposes. You can request access, correction or deletion of information you sent by contacting tjtoshdigital@gmail.com; requests are handled subject to applicable legal obligations.
We may update this notice as our business registration, providers and services become final. The effective date above will change when we publish material revisions.
