Service terms, corrections & refunds

Last updated October 26, 2026

Current status: Reachcrest is preparing to launch. Missouri fictitious-name registration and operating-location clarification are pending. Do not use a payment link unless we have explicitly approved your written project brief and identified the seller correctly.
Our simple commitment. You know what you will receive and when before paying. We will not sell you guaranteed appointments or 50 invented email contacts. Genuine errors are corrected; if we cannot deliver an agreed project, we will address a refund fairly.

Our service and price

The introductory 50/10 Opportunity Blueprint is a one-time $149 custom research project, subject to acceptance of a feasible written project brief. It contains 50 distinct potential-fit business account profiles based on defined company/property-group counting rules, 10 ranked priority profiles with reasons, and three editable initial-outreach messages. Profiles include attributable public sources, checked dates, fit notes, and public business contact routes when available. We may also provide a short delivery summary. No subscription or automatic renewal is included.

No sales or contact guarantees

Accounts are possible business matches, not people or companies who asked to buy. We do not promise 50 direct email addresses, accurate future contactability, verified decision-makers, open bids, exclusivity, procurement access, meetings, callbacks, conversions, sales or revenue. Missing contacts are marked as unavailable rather than guessed. Your organization decides whether, when and how to contact any business, subject to applicable law and platform rules. The service does not include sending email, cold calling or appointment-setting.

Written scope first

Do not pay before receiving and approving an individual written project brief. It must identify (1) buyer organization and service, (2) target geographic territory, (3) acceptable target business/property types, (4) your excluded companies or existing customers if provided, (5) the definition of a unique counted account, (6) feasibility of supplying 50, (7) output format, (8) agreed delivery date and dependencies, (9) the $149 total, and (10) the cancellation, correction and refund process. Payment follows only after your explicit written approval of the brief. A general website inquiry is not an order.

Counts, sources, and timing

An account is counted once under the agreed brief; a second office, campus or subsidiary of the same organization counts separately only if your written brief expressly allows it. Sources are public and are checked before delivery where practical; websites and contacts can change afterward. We will not fill the 50-account quantity with knowingly duplicated or off-brief entries. If we cannot reasonably meet the agreed count, we will discuss a mutually approved revised brief or offer a refund; we will not silently substitute irrelevant businesses.

One complimentary preview per business, subject to fit and capacity

A prospective business may request one complimentary research preview with up to five example accounts if its brief is feasible and research capacity allows. It is not guaranteed, cannot be demanded repeatedly with revised territories, and does not include custom consulting, a complete 50-account list, or a promise of exclusivity. We may instead share our existing example PDF and explain our method. No payment is needed to request consideration.

Changes or additions

The $149 price covers one agreed scope. A different city, wider geographic territory, additional sector, extra contact enrichment, CRM upload, fresh prospecting after delivery, additional outreach messages, or rush delivery is not automatically included. We will quote any optional additional work and proceed only after you approve its scope and price in writing. You are free to decline. The original agreed order remains unaffected by an unaccepted quote.

Cancellation before and after research starts

Before research begins: cancellation earns a full refund. After work begins and before final delivery: the $149 price is allocated as $109 for up to 50 valid sourced accounts ($2.18 per account), $20 for the complete top-ten ranking, and $20 for three completed outreach drafts. If you cancel, we deliver the finished in-brief account rows and any finished items, charge only the listed value of those actually completed and delivered, and refund the remainder. Duplicates or off-brief rows are not billable. Example: if 20 valid accounts are complete, with no ranking or drafts, we deliver those 20 and refund $105.40. Provider failure: if we cannot deliver the agreed work or miss an agreed deadline for reasons within our control, you can request a full refund instead of partial work. No undisclosed cancellation fees apply. These allocations are stated up front so you can decide before paying.

After delivery: errors, corrections and refunds

Within seven calendar days after delivery, report documented duplicate entries, clearly incorrect factual information or entries that conflict with the written brief. Include the row number and the issue. We will review the report and correct or replace eligible items without additional charge, including additional genuine errors identified during that review. We aim to acknowledge a written support request within two business days and propose the correction timetable after review. If a material failure cannot reasonably be remedied, we will discuss a fair partial or full refund under the agreed brief and applicable law. There is no performance-based refund merely because research recipients do not respond or purchase when the research meets the agreed standard. This policy does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Client responsibilities and prohibited requests

You should provide truthful information about your services, current customers and exclusions, check whether approaching an account is appropriate, and comply with applicable privacy, solicitation and marketing laws. Do not request confidential records, private personal contact details, restricted databases, accounts' passwords, false buyer-intent claims, fabricated references, impersonation or unlawful outreach. We may decline an unsuitable request and, where a paid order cannot be performed lawfully, address any refund fairly under the agreed terms and applicable law.

Confidentiality, personal data and report use

We use your inquiry and brief to evaluate and perform the requested research, not to sell your confidential brief to competing marketers. Avoid providing secrets or sensitive personal information. We do not promise an exclusive claim over public companies or facts: another customer may independently be interested in the same publicly known organization. The customer may use the customized report and editable messages internally for lawful business development after payment. Reachcrest retains its pre-existing methods and general templates; third-party websites and trademarks belong to their owners. Any requested confidentiality agreement or broader resale rights require separate review and acceptance.

Customer service and payment issues

Use tjtoshdigital@gmail.com for order questions, concerns, corrections, cancellations and refunds. Include your business name, relevant dates and affected account rows, but never send card numbers or authentication codes. We will review billing disputes using the accepted brief, payment confirmation, research record and delivery evidence. A customer retains any rights to challenge unauthorized charges or invoke consumer protections under applicable law.

Legal status and which terms apply

This site currently describes a planned sole-proprietor service; Missouri fictitious-name registration is pending. A customer-specific written project brief and agreed service terms control an actual order; these general website explanations do not replace those individual terms. No legal ownership or trademark exclusivity is claimed from a Missouri fictitious-name registration. If this page changes after a purchase, the later version does not retroactively change the customer's agreed order.
