What makes an account worth contacting?
A spreadsheet of company names is easy to produce. A usable research file should explain why each organization fits the client's offer, where the information came from, and what is still unknown.
Our five research checks
01. Confirm service-area fit
We establish your services, geography, ideal facility types, exclusions and workable scope before accepting a paid research assignment.
02. Use attributable public sources
Each account must have a business or official-public source that supports its identity and the specific facts included. We document the URL and review date.
03. Avoid contact guessing
We include publicly listed business contact routes where available. Missing direct email information stays marked as missing; a plausible email is not a verified address.
04. Deduplicate and rank transparently
We count unique organizations or management accounts according to the agreed scope. Priorities are based on relevant buyer type, service-area fit, public evidence and reasonable approachability—not arbitrary labels.
05. Suggest a qualification question
The suggested question tests whether the business handles relevant purchasing and whether there is any appropriate next step; it does not imply a contract is available.
How we label evidence
A company or property plausibly matches your ideal customer. This is not a lead who asked to buy.
A time-bound public solicitation or procurement notice with an exact source and closing date. We distinguish live opportunities from expired listings, and source availability can change.
A potentially relevant entry that lacks enough evidence to count toward a deliverable until reviewed.
What is included in the $149 pilot?
50 source-linked potential business accounts, 10 priorities with explained ranking, and 3 editable outreach starters. Scope, exclusions and feasible delivery date must be confirmed before checkout. Corrections for duplicates, inaccurate information or off-brief records may be requested within seven days after delivery.
We do not promise appointments, purchase intent, email deliverability, procurement access or sales. We do not send outreach on your behalf.
